Projects

With over 17 years of experience in domestic and international design engineering project assistance, we have solutions for all of your project requirements. Here are some highlights of recent projects our R&D Manager Shane Fedon had completed before decideing to start Phoenix Design & Innovation:

Fuji bicycles
Developed their benchmark bicycle platforms in the Road, TT/Tri, Track, MTB and kids bicycles and products.  Most noteably the D6 TT/Tri bike, SST road bicycles being used in the 2010 Tour de France.

Kestrel bicycles
After the purchase of Kestrel bicycles by ASI, I was asked to revamped the entire line of bicycles to bring not only freshness to the line, but updated the very outdated products that were acquired.  Most noteably made the Airfoil a reality for production by reengineering the seat stays and chain stays to ease production failures.  The bike has been overwelmingly accepted by the tri community.

SE bicycles
Worked with SE in collaboration with DC shoes to create the first freestyle fixie collaborative project for the companies line.  Traditionally, fixies are converted or designed road/track bikes.  Adding the SE flare of a loop tail and yoke along with a custom fork and geometry that allows for true freeriding including the ability to bar spin.

Rock Racing
Created an entire bike line for Rock Racing, from carbon road racing machines to aluminum fixie's.  These were show cased at the 2009 Interbike with Velonews calling the fixie a  "Masterpiece"

Rock & Republic Enterprises
Created innovative product designs and proto types for Rock & Republic from cosmetic pop's and containers to belt buckle designs, stiletto shoe base designs to thier R3 energy drink containers and tequilla bottle.
